  • What are the lot sizes?

    • Non-Gated: Approximately 5,100 sq.ft (51' x 100')
    • Gated Lots: Approximately 8,000 sq.ft (74' x 110')
  • What are the costs? Do you have a price list?

    NON-GATED LOTS:

    •  Section ‘F’ (Lot 1-278): Starting at GYD $1,400 per sq.ft

    GATED LOTS:

    • Section C (Lot 1-139): Starting at GYD $2,000 per sq.ft
    • Section C (Lot 141-279): Starting at GYD $1,800 per sq.ft
    • Section E (Lot 1-278): Starting at GYD $1,600 per sq.ft

    INDUSTRIAL LOTS:

    • Section ‘G’ (Lot 1-34): Starting at GYD $1,000 per sq.ft

    NOTE: All corner and Pie Shape lots are premium lots and are selling for an extra $100 per sq ft as per the section price.

  • Where in Mahaica will the development be built?

    Mahaica Meadows is located between Mahaica and Unity, in front of the New 4-Lane highway and Unity junction on the East Coast Demerara.

  • Do you offer financing options?

    We do not offer financing but provide flexible payment plans:

    •  10% First Deposit upon signing the contract.
    • 30% Second Deposit (within 30 days of signing).
    • 30% Third Deposit (within 90 days of signing).
    • 30% Fourth Deposit (upon the passing of transport).
  • What amenities will be available within the community?

    Planned amenities include a gas station, building supplies, Mahaica Meadows head office, medical building, offices, grocery stores, restaurants, mall, banquet hall and shopping

    plaza.

  • Are healthcare facilities available nearby?

    Construction of the Enmore Regional Hospital is underway, which will offer comprehensive healthcare services upon completion. Georgetown Public Hospital is approximately 31 km from this development.


  • When will transport be given to the Purchaser?

    Transport will be provided to the Purchaser approximately 5 -8 months after signing the agreement.

  • How much is the maintenance fee?

    The Property is located within a development that has a common area maintenance fee. Purchaser will be responsible for a common area maintenance fee, which has been set

    at the amount of $6,000 for Non-Gated and $15,000 GYD for Gated, subject to

    adjustment due to inflation and other factors.


    This Fee will be used to cover the cost of services such as:

    • Landscaping
    •  Road maintenance
    • Drain cleaning
    • Garbage pick-up

    Any maintenance services required within the property itself are the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.

  • Is Guard service provided?

    Yes, security guards will be provided 24/7 at the each entrance of the Gated Section ‘C’ & ‘E” within the community

  • Can the developer build a house for us?

    We offer 30 house models to choose from. Additionally, we can build your dream home from $22,500 GYD per square foot.
